If i could then zero, i will. They close at and i went with few family members at they seated us down. When we told them what we wanted the waiter said they don’t have anything we wanted to order as their kitchen is closed. When asked why this wasn’t mentioned when we were seated he had no answer. I ordered a falafel wrap which was dry and had no soul. The waiter was laughing and chatting with other waiters when he was talking our order. Other dishes ordered by my family members was a tragedy too. DONT GO THERE

I love the food,how they are spreading food on the table was great.finger licking food,special mix grilled.They have kids play Area that was good. Friendly staff. Complimentary traditional tea superb. Overall Great!!

the Turkish food served here is very tasty. can be slightly expensive, but they serve massive portions. we ordered the mixed grill plates. it is very busy making the service easy slow. often hard to get a waiter attention.

raw and over cooked food, personal weighted 3 out of 5 orders. the staff was rude, especially the manager and they seem to have a terrible attitude. zero customer service and satisfaction. they think too high of themselves. overall terrible experience and over price. avoid them!

Absolutely stuffed. Get the kervan special and that is more than enough. Mixed grill with rice and grilled vegetables. Just about enough space for starters too and some tea to finish it off.

I got married recently and me and my husband arranged for us and 30+ people to have dinner at kervans and i have to say we were all really pleased with the food and the service. The food tasted fantastic as usual, all cooked really well and the flavours were amazing. The service was excellent. I cant imagine it would be easy to wait on a party of 30+ people but they did a brilliant job. The staff were friendly, polite and didnt keep us waiting. Whatever we needed they provided and they would check on us every so often to see if we needed anything else. Everyone really enjoyed it and a few of us are planning to go back soon, we are missing the food
